Builders and Contractors AMVIC BUILDING SYSTEM – Through decisive industry leadership, Amvic helps our clients realize their goals by offering un-compromising building products. Amvic produces Insulated Concrete Forms using state-of-the-art equipment. Amvic ICF blocks are the strongest and most rigid ICF blocks in the market today. Using the Amvic unique design, your structure is Superior in Quality and Superior in Performance. TriKin RADIANT HEAT FLOOR SYSTEM— A proprietary patented design, our Radiant Heat Floor system delivers a healthier, quieter, safer, stronger and a far more energy efficient floor than any other construction process can provide. Our steel joist TriKin Radiant Heat integrated floor system enables the contractor to construct the floor faster and easier than any other method. The designer can presently have up to 33 feet of clear span space in the home and not have to deal with bearing wall issues. The home owner is provided with a quiet, solid, squeak-free floor that enhances the energy efficient aspects of the building. DRAFTING SERVICE – Providing clear and concise drawings, including Structural Engineering, guaranteed to pass all local building codes. STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING SERVICE – Offered to any client using all commercially available ICF building product. All engineering is signed and sealed by certified, registered Professional Engineers. EverGreen Sustainable Products holds all standards to meet or exceed all codes. CONSTRUCTION SERVICE – Complete or partial construction services by certified installers. Included are Certified Carpenters, Roofers, Plumbers, HVAC Installers, Electricians, Masons, Drywall and Siding Installers. We can suggest a builder, or provide on site training. TRAINING SERVICE – Providing Training and Certification service, free hands on training, to install Amvic ICF Blocks and supporting products.
